The core programme

Four modules. A solid foundation.

From understanding what AI can do to deciding how to stay in control. Each module gives you something practical to take back to your organisation.

  1. Understanding AI as a leadership language

    Explore the AI landscape: predictive and generative AI, recommendation, classification, optimisation, agents and copilots. Understand which approach fits which challenge.

  2. Translating AI into business value

    Recognise where AI can save time, improve quality, reduce errors or make knowledge scalable. Learn to define and prioritise use cases.

  3. Assessing data, systems and vendors

    Understand the data and processes you need. Assess the options between existing tools, integrations and custom solutions, and ask vendors better questions.

  4. Organising AI control and ownership

    Establish a starting point for agreements on AI use, risks, tools, ownership and human oversight. Set a direction for the next steps in your organisation.
